Projects

Portfolio in preparation.

Our completed project case studies are being documented and will be published here. Rather than fill this page with placeholder claims, we have set out exactly how each project will be presented once it is verified.

Coming soon

Completed project case studies coming soon

We only publish work we can stand behind with documentation — scope, dates, photography and outcome. The first verified case studies will appear here as they are signed off. In the meantime, we are happy to talk through relevant work directly.

Framework

How each case study will be presented

The cards below are format templates, not projects. They show the fields every published case study will carry so the record is consistent and comparable.

Documentation standard

What a published case study will include

Each entry will be assembled from project records, not from marketing copy.

01

Property & location

Market, town or borough, property type, size and tenure at acquisition — recorded at the level of detail the owner is comfortable publishing.

02

Condition & scope of works

The survey findings, the works actually carried out, and the standards and approvals the works were signed off against.

03

Programme & timeline

Start on site, key stages, practical completion, and an honest note on anything that moved the programme.

04

Before & after gallery

Matched photography of the same rooms and elevations before and after, taken on site rather than staged.

05

Delivery model

Whether the project ran as buy–renovate–sell, buy–renovate–rent, fee-based management or advisory.

06

Outcome & verification

The result, described only where it can be evidenced — with client consent and supporting documentation.

Why the page looks like this

We would rather show nothing than show something invented

Property marketing is full of unverifiable before-and-after claims. Ours will be published only when the paperwork supports them: dates from the programme, photography from site, figures with the owner's consent. Until then, this page stays honest about being empty.
