Markets
One standard, two housing markets.
We work where we have local knowledge, people on the ground and a registered entity: the West Midlands in the United Kingdom, and the Corsicana area of North Texas in the United States.
United Kingdom
VT Regional Management Ltd — Companies House no. 16019691, registered in Wolverhampton, West Midlands.
United States
VT Regional Management Ltd Liability Co — a Texas limited liability company based in Corsicana, Texas.
United Kingdom
Wolverhampton and the West Midlands
A region built on solid, older housing stock — long terraces and inter-war semis that were well made and are now simply tired.
Our UK focus is the modernisation of that stock: damp and structural remediation, rewiring and re-plumbing, insulation and energy-efficiency upgrades, then contemporary kitchens, bathrooms and layouts. Demand is supported by a persistent rental market and by the wider regeneration activity across the Midlands.
- Older terraced and semi-detached housing stock
- Strong, sustained rental demand across the conurbation
- Midlands regeneration supporting the wider area
- Works specified to UK Building Regulations
- Entity
- VT Regional Management Ltd
- Registration
- Companies House no. 16019691
- Registered office
- 87 Treynham Close, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV1 2UG, United Kingdom
United States
Corsicana, Texas
Corsicana sits just south of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex — a growth corridor with ageing homes and constrained supply.
Here the work tends to be systems and envelope led: roofing, mechanicals, insulation and windows, followed by kitchens, bathrooms and layout changes that bring mid-century homes up to current expectations. Our US market coverage is expanding from this base as the pipeline grows.
- Ageing suburban housing stock across the corridor
- Constrained supply relative to household demand
- Access to the Dallas and Fort Worth employment markets
- Works specified to applicable state and municipal codes
- Entity
- VT Regional Management Ltd Liability Co
- Registered office
- 318 ½ E 1st Ave, Apt B, Corsicana, Texas 75110, United States
Comparing the two
Different codes, different stock, identical discipline
The construction methods differ — brick and mortar against timber frame and siding — but the sequence, the cost control and the compliance posture are the same on both sides of the Atlantic.
- Typical stock
- UK: Victorian and inter-war terraces and semis
US: mid-century suburban single-family homes - Construction
- UK: solid and cavity masonry
US: timber frame with clapboard or vinyl siding - Common scope

- Resale, private rental, or long-term management in both markets
Coverage
Expanding, carefully
We would rather be genuinely useful in two markets than nominally present in ten. New areas are added only once we have local trade relationships, a working knowledge of the stock and the right legal structure in place.
